I pledge my allegiance to the Creator of the world,
and of all that is good.
To the Perfect One who paid my debt,
when no one else could.
To the one who clothed me
with His righteousness.
I will forever honor Him,
and His name I will continually confess.
Jesus Christ,
to him I owe my life.
I will always remember His victory,
whenever there is strife.
I am now in Him,
so the victory is also mine.
The way He grafted me in,
is by divine design!
I promise to follow His lead,
in everything I do.
More of Him, less of me,
until this race is through.
I will put on His armor
every time I get the chance.
And I will choose kingdom over culture,
because it is Jesus Christ who has my allegiance!
