Submissions must be requested a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) before the start date of the event. Please fill out the following information to request usage of the facility.

Number of people in your party Comments/Questions? I understand that this request must be approved before being communicated to the public.
After you complete the Prayer Loft request form, it will be submitted for approval and someone will be in touch with you with more information.
