God’s promises are an inexhaustible source of wealth. They are an ointment for painful wounds, a remedy for heartbreak, encouragement for a discouraged spirit.
Charles Spurgeon likens them to “a heavenly pharmacy.” What a picture this presented to me.
Imagine a pharmacy, in the natural, that is fully stocked—every ointment, all supplements, multiple analgesics for relief, eyeglasses, vitamins, knee braces, every possible prescription for every possible condition—open 24 hours a day with instant access.
Now imagine God’s Heavenly Pharmacy. It is filled to overflowing with His promises. They never need restocking. They are never replaced with a substitute. They are fresh and new every day. No refills needed…they last for eternity!
These promises are for anyone. No need for a health history. They belong to every believer as we follow His instructions and conditions.
There are no adverse effects or contraindications. They are available in any language. No barriers or confusion.
Each heavenly pharmacy promise is clearly marked. There’s no way to “overdose.”
There is no expiration date. They never lose potency. They are effective over and over and over again. The promises in God’s Heavenly Pharmacy will NEVER be recalled. AND…they are FREE!
