Christians often struggle finding their purpose to a point of frustration, wondering if God even has a purpose for them at all! That thought process is an avenue to deception, used by the enemy, to keep us from stepping into the purpose that God has for EVERY believer! But, it all starts with identity.
II Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
Our identity as a believer unlocks our authority. But, we can’t act with authority if we don’t believe we have it. Satan KNOWS we have authority through Christ; he just tempts us to doubt it for ourselves.
Stop allowing the enemy to advance his attacks against your purpose! Trust in what God has done in your life and believe what He says about your new identity in Christ. Read Ephesians 1 and II Peter 1:1-11 to gain insight. Then, walk in the spirit of confidence in what God has done in you!
