Kingdom Kids Registration Form

The purpose of Kingdom Kids is to faithfully teach the children of Christ Fellowship Church to be Kingdom-minded Christ Followers and equip them with Biblical foundations that will guide them all of their lives.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDREN

• The Kingdom Kids’ elementary class is designed for children in Kindergarten – 5th grade. Children ages 1yr through 4yrs old will attend the Kingdom Kids’ Nursery. Exceptions to the age limits may be made on an individual basis at the discretion of the Team Leader.
• To attend the elementary class, children must be potty trained and able to independently fasten buttons and zippers.
• ALL children must independently attend class without parents. Nursing mothers will be permitted to feed their babies in a private area in the nursery. 

CLASSROOM RULES

•  The following items are not permitted in the Kingdom Kids classroom: food, drinks, toys, cell phones, personal gaming devices or any other electronics, drugs, weapons of any kind, fireworks, pornography, explicit movies/music.
• Stealing will not be tolerated and will result in a call to parents and may result in temporary removal from the Kingdom Kids classroom.
• Hurtful or harmful words, bullying, put-downs, yelling, swearing, verbal or non-verbal sexual innuendo, and/or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Fighting (even play fighting), hitting, wrestling, kicking and spitting are prohibited.
• Parents, teenagers and other adults are not allowed in the classroom when class is in session. All adults must pass a background check and must be on the schedule for that day in order to be allowed in the classroom.
• Children are expected to exhibit respect towards teachers and fellow students. Disrespect and violation of the rules may result in:
  
  1. Child receiving a verbal warning
  2. Child being sent to time-out for 5 minutes
  3. Temporary dismissal from Kingdom Kids class
  4. Permanent dismissal from Kingdom Kids class

Kingdom Kids SIGN IN/OUT PROTOCOL

• Parents may begin signing in children at 10:45 am, though the children will not come to class until after Praise & Worship.
• Parents who arrive late may sign in their children after Praise & Worship.
• All children will be checked in/out digitally by an assistant teacher.
• Parents will be given a ticket that has a number that matches their child’s label.  Parents must present that ticket to be able to sign-out their child. 

WELL CHILD POLICY

For the health and safety of all of our children and leaders, if a child displays one or more of the following symptoms, that child will not be allowed to participate in any of our programs until they are well.

Some of those symptoms are:

• Temp of 99.6 or higher, or any fever in the last 24 hours
• Diarrhea or vomiting in the last 24 hours
• Pink eye or any other eye infection
• Sore throat
• Persistent sneezing or coughing
• Jaundice or yellowing of the eyes or skin
• Lice
• Skin infections, rashes, impetigo, ringworm, boils, etc.
• Swelling or tenderness to the glands especially around the face and neck
• Runny nose with colored discharge
• Childhood diseases: mumps, chicken pox, measles, rubella, whooping cough, scarlet fever, etc.
• Exposure to someone with COVID 19 within the last 14 days

If a child has been treated with an antibiotic for a 24-hour period prior to the start of class, they may join the program.

**Teachers and volunteers will not dispense medication to children!
